Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking a Store Manager to lead a single Bloomingdale store, driving sales, profitability, and exceptional customer service. You will coach the team, manage inventory, and ensure brand standards in every customer interaction.

The role emphasizes People First leadership, diversity, and inclusion, with a focus on training and development, effective scheduling, and achieving sales targets through guidance and mentoring.

Formación

• Minimum of 2 years of college preferred.
• At least 3 years of retail sales experience or 2 years of sales experience plus 1 year of retail management.
• Diamond Council of America (DCA) certification preferred.
• Advanced communication and MS Office proficiency.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and inventory goals.
• Provide coaching, development, and onboarding to team members to deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Represent the brand in customer interactions and ensure consistent store visuals and marketing execution.
• Monitor performance, analyze reports, and implement actions to improve results.
• Schedule shifts and manage staffing to maximize store performance.
