The role involves coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience with a focus on diversity and inclusion.

You will oversee performance, training, and scheduling while coordinating with district management to align store results with company objectives.

Formación

• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build employee and customer relationships.
• Advanced presentation skills for team training and customer presentations.
• Proficiency with computers and MS Office suite.

• Lead day-to-day store operations to meet sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, and brand standards.
