Signet Jewelers, through Banter by Piercing Pagoda, seeks a Store Manager in Florida to drive sales and profits while delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a team, train staff, recruit talent, and ensure adherence to company standards and policies in a dynamic jewelry retail environment.

You will oversee daily operations, coach associates, and collaborate with leadership to achieve targets, with a focus on growth and internal advancement within the Signet family.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret diverse instructions and schedules.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards to meet sales and profit projections.
• Foster total customer satisfaction and develop team skills through training.
• Recruitment and selection of team members; manage P&L performance.
• Enforce company policies and procedures; support operational duties.
