Signet Jewelers is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales and customer satisfaction, and develop the skills of the store team. You will recruit staff, manage training and evaluate performance, while aiming to hit profit margins and adhere to company policies.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members.
• Achieve profit margin goals by managing the P&L and enforcing company policies.
