Signet Jewelers’ Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, manage staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences in our Miami store. You will lead daily operations, train team members, and recruit talent to meet profit goals and standards.

The role requires knowledge of POS systems, strong leadership, and availability to work days, nights, and weekends; base compensation with opportunities for advancement within a supportive, growth-focused company.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail management experience.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners; basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram, and schedule instructions; availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge through training and evaluation of team members.
• Recruiting and selection of team members; manage P&L to achieve profit margins; enforce company policies and procedures.
