Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets while maintaining a customer‑focused atmosphere. You will train and evaluate team members, build product knowledge, and assist in recruiting new staff to strengthen the store.

You will help enforce company policies, operate effectively with POS systems, and participate in broader operational duties.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience, preferably with jewelry or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, with basic computer skills.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an environment of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select new team members.
• Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties as assigned.
