You will help manage staff, enforce policies and participate in training, with a focus on achieving targets and maintaining an engaging, inclusive environment.

The role requires at least one year in retail, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work flexible hours including days, nights, and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily standards and achieving sales and profit projections.
• Help develop team members' skills through training and evaluation; participate in recruiting and selection.
• Support the customer experience and enforce company policies while promoting a positive work environment.
