Job summary

Wedding Day Diamonds in Maple Grove is hiring a Part-Time Sales Support Specialist. You will welcome guests, learn their needs, and help prepare them for handoffs to a Client Advocate while assisting with repairs, clean-and-check visits, and gold buybacks.

This role offers a consistent 21-hour weekly schedule with training provided. It can grow into a full-time Client Advocate position across Twin Cities locations.

Qualifications

• No jewelry experience required.
• Part-time schedule of approximately 21 hours per week.
• Training provided to learn products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and create a friendly first impression.
• Assist with client handoffs to Client Advocates.
• Manage client flow on a high-volume sales floor.
• Assist with jewelry services such as repairs, clean-and-check visits, and gold buybacks.
• Build knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, metals, and care.
