Buchkosky Jewelers, an independent family-owned business serving the Twin Cities since 1939, is seeking a Jewelry Sales Associate for our Roseville, MN showroom. This full-time, on-site role focuses on guiding customers through jewelry selection and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities include developing a portfolio of repeat clients, facilitating longer-term client projects, and overseeing scrap metal buys, all while contributing to our customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Self-motivated, independent worker who can operate with minimal supervision.
• Previous sales experience preferred, with quantified performance if possible.
• Professional, reliable, and able to work well in a team.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to jewelry products.
• Experience in the jewelry industry is a plus but not required.
• Availability to work both weekday and weekend shifts on-site in Roseville, MN.
