• Provide product knowledge and help customers choose mounts and settings.
• Operate POS and handle payments or credits.
• Inspect and clean jewelry and provide repair estimates.
• Display merchandise per merchandising plans and assist in opening/closing procedures.
• Perform basic housekeeping and follow loss prevention policies.
