Responsibilities include promoting events, handling POS transactions, and collaborating with teammates to achieve store goals while maintaining standards of respect, integrity, and safety.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Commitment to excellence and desire to grow.
• Goal-oriented and sales driven.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Maintain confidentiality.
• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service and model 1st behavior.
• Achieve personal sales targets.
• Promote Diamond Parties and events.
• Work with teammates to meet store goals.
• Clienteling to foster customer connections.
• Provide product knowledge and assist in selecting items.
• Operate POS and process payments.
• Inspect and clean jewelry.
• Attend monthly meetings.
• Follow receiving and processing procedures.
• Display merchandise per merchandising plans.
• Open/close procedures as outlined.
• Maintain safety and security.
• Participate in inventory and counts.
• Flexible to work weekends and holidays.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
