Signet Jewelers, operating Banter by Piercing Pagoda kiosks, is seeking a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, present merchandise, and drive sales in a mall setting. You will promote service plans, financing options, and work with the team to meet individual and store targets.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and provide detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
