Signet Jewelers’ Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking a dynamic Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand needs and objections, and present merchandise with detailed features and benefits.

You will work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and help meet individual and team sales goals, with potential to assist store leadership. Training and advancement opportunities are emphasized.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
