Job summary

Banter by Piercing Pagoda, a Signet Jewelers brand, seeks a Key Sales Associate to engage customers, understand their needs, present merchandise, and offer extended service plans and financing options. You will help the team meet sales goals and support the store in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will work with the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, with opportunities for growth, training, and development within a dynamic jewelry retail environment.

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise and detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the entire sales team to provide a superior experience to all customers and meet individual and team sales goals.
• May also assist the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
