Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers to understand their needs and objections, presenting merchandise and detailing features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Work with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet individual and team sales goals.
• Assist Store Manager or Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
