Collaborate with the sales team to deliver outstanding customer experiences and help achieve individual and team goals. Ideal candidates may have one year of sales or jewelry experience; training and advancement are emphasized within a culture

Qualifications

• One year of sales, retail and/or jewelry experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in conversation to understand needs and objections.
• Present merchandise with detailed information on features and benefits.
• Offer extended service plans and financing options.
• Collaborate with the sales team to provide a superior customer experience and meet sales goals.
• May assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager with supervisory duties.
