Role Description

The Jewelry Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site position based in West Palm Beach, FL. In this role, the associate engages clients on the sales floor, presents jewelry and timepieces, and provides knowledgeable guidance to support purchasing decisions. Day-to-day tasks include greeting customers, conducting product demonstrations, handling sales transactions, and maintaining accurate records in the point-of-sale system. The associate ensures showcases are clean, organized, and properly merchandised, while supporting inventory checks and special orders. This role also focuses on building long-term client relationships, following up on inquiries, and contributing to a positive, professional store environment.

Qualifications
