Role

This is a full-time, on-site, shipboard role for a Jewelry Associate working with retail clients at sea. Responsibilities include jewelry sales, customer service, inventory management, and supporting marketing efforts.

Qualifications

• Jewelry retail and sales skills
• Customer service experience in jewelry or retail
• Knowledge of jewelry materials, trends, and styles
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• Experience with inventory management and basic marketing
• Education or certification in jewelry design or related field is a plus
• Cruise ship experience is advantageous
• Must pass cruise ship medical, obtain STCW certificates, and commit to a 6-month contract
• Must hold a valid passport
