Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Use technology to complete sales transactions, perform audits, and process receipts, damages, transfers and returns.
• Merchandise jewelry cases for new products, season changes and events.
• Prepare outbound shipments of customer sizing and repair orders to the Jewelry Center.
• Organize and file shipping, receiving, customer sizing, repair, and sales documentation.
• Assist in inventory and monitor supply levels.
• Fulfill orders including picking, packing, labeling, shipping and BOPS.
• Maintain cleanliness of jewelry counters and area.
• Follow Asset Protection and inventory control procedures.
• Foster a respectful environment with colleagues and customers.
