Job summary

Macy's is seeking a Clerical colleague in the Fine Jewelry Department. You will process new merchandise and maintain department records while delivering an exceptional customer experience as the top priority.

Full-time and part-time schedules are available, with hours varying by business needs. Eligible benefits include health coverage, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and holidays. Prior experience is not required.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Use technology to complete sales transactions, audits, and process receipts, damages, transfers, and returns.
• Merchandise jewelry cases for new products, seasonal changes, events, and clearance sales.
• Pack customer sizing and repair orders for outbound shipment to the Jewelry Center.
• Organize and file shipping, receiving, customer sizing, repair, sales and return documents.
• Assist in inventory processes and monitor supply levels.
• Perform fulfillment tasks including picking, packing, labeling, shipping and BOPIS.
• Maintain cleanliness and order at jewelry counters and area.
• Follow asset protection, inventory control and compliance procedures.
• Foster an environment of inclusion and respect with colleagues, customers, and communities.
