Kay Jewelers is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in driving daily sales, upholding customer satisfaction, and maintaining standards. You will help develop team members through training and evaluation, recruit staff, and enforce company policies.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software/hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit projections and maintaining standards.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruitment and selection of team members and enforcing all company policies.
