Job summary

Kay Jewelers, part of Signet Jewelers Limited, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store leadership and drive sales. You will help maintain standards and customer satisfaction while developing your team through training and evaluation.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, POS knowledge, and the ability to work days, nights and weekends. We promote from within and provide comprehensive training and rewards for performance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards achievement to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and selection of team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures and perform other operational and strategic duties.
