Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, operating Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead sales and service in a fast-paced jewelry environment. You will support the Store Manager, drive store objectives, and mentor a team to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
