Jewelry Designer

Company: Wove Made, Inc.

Location: Lancaster, PA (Hybrid - Office & Remote)

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 (Base + On Target Earnings, with an unlimited earning potential on sales over target)

Compensation commensurate with experience.

As a Jewelry Designer at Wove, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting unique pieces that represent the collaborative vision of our clients. This hybrid role offers flexibility, with selected candidates working primarily from our Lancaster, PA office while also enjoying remote work as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

As a Jewelry Designer, your responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with clients to design unique engagement rings and wedding bands during consultations (in-person or remote).
  • Guiding clients through design choices, including metal options, diamond specifications, and personalization.
  • Managing projects within our CRM to ensure timely updates and seamless communication.
  • Building lasting relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Engaging clients with a consultative approach, presenting solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Supporting other areas of the business as needed to contribute to Wove’s growth and success.
  • Staying informed about jewelry trends and providing insights to elevate client designs.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Passionate about jewelry design and craftsmanship, with at least 5 years of experience in the jewelry industry (GIA training preferred).
  • A strong sales closer who excels at building rapport, presenting tailored solutions, overcoming objections, and closing sales.
  • Experienced in clienteling, with the ability to build and nurture lasting relationships for repeat business.
  • A true team player, willing to assist in other areas of the business as needed to help drive success during growth.
  • An excellent communicator, both written and verbal, able to adapt to diverse client needs.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.
  • Motivated to exceed goals and contribute to Wove’s reputation for excellence.
