Saks & Company LLC is seeking a Client Development Manager for Jewelry to lead and coach a high-performing team of Style Advisors on clienteling, events, and personalized service. You will foster deep client relationships, staff development, and data-driven selling to meet sales targets.

The role emphasizes onboarding, training, and ongoing education, with a focus on technology-driven clienteling and top-tier service on the selling floor. Evening and weekend flexibility is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year degree and/or GIA certification preferred.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and related tech is required.
• 3+ years of management experience with comparable volume or proven success managing a selling team.

Responsibilities

• Establish deep relationships with clients and drive repeat business to achieve sales goals and event goals.
• Deliver memorable client experiences and plan client appointments to maximize results.
• Maximize every appointment and client network opportunities.
• Inform clients of in-store events to enhance engagement and loyalty.
• Identify patterns in client spend and opportunities to increase wallet share.
• Increase new client acquisition using marketing tools and networking.
• Pivot priorities based on business needs.
