Job summary

Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. You will start with administrative tasks and polishing, learning jewelry repair, and progressing toward a Bench Jeweler.

The program offers full training from Apprentice to Jeweler, with opportunities to advance within our network of centers across Jared Jewelers, Kay Jewelers and Zales stores.

Qualifications

• Administrative responsibilities including customer service and clerical tasks.
• Photography of jewelry for intake and tracking.
• Training toward becoming a Jeweler through a full program.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Handle administrative/clerical tasks and photo documentation.
• Learn basics of jewelry repair and polishing during training.
• Progress from Apprentice toward Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within path.
