Signet Jewelers is seeking entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams in the United States. Start as an Apprentice handling administrative tasks, customer service, photography for intake and tracking, and learning jewelry repair basics as you train toward becoming a Bench Jeweler.

Our Design & Service Centers offer a full training program to elevate your skills from Apprentice to Jeweler.

Responsibilities

• Handle administrative duties for jewelry operations and customer service.
• Assist with photography of jewelry for intake/tracking and basic jewelry repair tasks such as polishing.
• Support quality control and learning bench jeweler skills during training.
• Interact with stores and customers to deliver a Customer-First experience and assist with repairs.
• Progress through the training journey from Apprentice to Bench Jeweler in a promote-from-within environment.
