Signet Jewelers in the United States invites entry-level Jeweler Apprentices to join our Field Design & Service Center Teams. You start by completing administrative tasks and polishing jewelry, with a clear path from Apprentice to Jeweler, including photography for intake and training toward a Bench Jeweler.

As part of our training journey, you gain hands-on experience, customer service skills, and exposure to repair basics, with a promote-from-within culture, and our customer-first approach

Qualifications

• Customer service minded with strong interpersonal skills and high standard for quality work.
• Basic computer skills and organizational abilities required.
• Detail oriented with multi-tasking and time-management capabilities.
• Shipping/receiving knowledge and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High school degree or equivalent preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Learn the jeweler trade from Apprentice toward Bench Jeweler.
• Perform administrative/clerical tasks and photography for intake/tracking.
• Provide customer service and interact with stores and customers.
• Assist with polishing and learning basics of jewelry repair during training.
