Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech in Ogden is hiring a Laborer to support production operations, handling assembly, materials and general labor tasks. This entry‑level role offers hands‑on experience, growth opportunities, and a fast‑paced team environment.

You’ll read work orders, follow blueprints, move parts, and assist with basic fabrication while upholding safety and quality procedures. The role may require lifting up to 35 pounds and shift flexibility, with benefits starting day one.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, climbing, and using ladders.
  • Comfort using basic hand tools and tape measures to 1/16".
  • Basic reading, math, and comprehension skills to follow instructions and part drawings.
  • Ability to work day or night shift, including weekends and holidays.
  • May require forklift or overhead crane certification depending on assignment.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background check, drug test, and hearing test.
