Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech, an Oshkosh company, seeks an entry-level Laborer to support production operations at the Ogden facility. You’ll assist with assembly, materials handling, and general labor tasks, reading work orders and blueprints to ensure safe, accurate work.

You’ll rotate across departments, learning on the job while contributing to a fast-paced team environment. Expect hands-on experience, access to tools and equipment, and a path to specialized roles as you grow.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn and take direction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Basic reading, math and comprehension to follow instructions and part drawings.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and perform physical work including standing, bending, climbing.

Responsibilities

• Support production operations by assisting with assembly, materials handling, and general labor tasks.
• Read and follow work orders and blueprints to complete assigned jobs accurately and safely.
• Move materials, pick parts, and help manage inventory and shortages as needed.
• Use hand, air, and electric power tools to assist with basic fabrication or finishing work.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and meet daily housekeeping expectations.
• Understand and practice Jetway quality procedures and contribute to continuous improvement.
