Job summary

GeoControl Systems, Inc. in the United States is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to coordinate shipments across locations, expedite material flow, and oversee inventory to align with production schedules.

You will monitor stock levels, support disposition of non-conforming material, and collaborate with multiple teams to ensure on-time deliveries. Eligible applicants must reside in a qualified HUBZone, as required for this position.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Deployment/Logistics Coordinator or Administrative Assistant.
• Working knowledge of supply systems, programs, policies, and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate shipments across multiple locations and processing flows.
• Expedite the flow of material and parts to meet production schedules.
• Ensure inventory is ordered, received, replenished, and kept at appropriate levels.
• Monitor inventory levels against forecasts and adjust as needed.
• Participate in disposition of non-conforming material.
• Arrange for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production plans.

Logistics Coordinator t

• Coordinate with different locations and people to process shipments through the approved flows.
• Perform duties in order to expedite the flow of material and parts.
• Ensures supplies and inventory are ordered, received, replenished, and kept at appropriate levels. Participates in new and standard part number creation.
• Monitors inventory levels to ensure consistency with forecasted demand and inventory goals for common stock items.
• Participates in the disposition of non-conforming material.
• Arranges for reservation and transfer of materials to meet production schedules.

Requirements Requisition Qualifications:

• Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 3 years of experience as a Deployment/Logistics Coordinator or an Administrative Assistant
• Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines
• Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines
