Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of manufacturing experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Learn to operate the Jet Mill and machine systems within magnet production.
• Follow safety, quality, and efficiency guidelines during training.
• Escalate complex machine or process issues to leadership.
• Participate actively in on-the-job training.
