Job summary

AeroCore Technologies is seeking an Aviation Engine Wash Technician to maintain and restore jet engine performance using our proprietary foam technology. This field-based, night-shift role operates outdoors at commercial airports, travels to job sites, and requires precise, professional execution with safety as a priority.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred).
• Initiative, drive and autonomy are essential.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent drug tests.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Proven safety-conscious performance around large commercial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities.
• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment).
• Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line).
• Coordinate schedules for aircraft availability and communicate with customers and teammates.
• Collect on-site data and input into forms.
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Maintain professional attitude, communication and service delivery.
