Job summary

AeroCore Technologies LLC is seeking an Aviation Engine Wash Technician for the LAS airport site. This field-based role operates our proprietary Nucleated Foam wash system to clean jet engines, perform data collection, and manage runoff samples during night shifts.

You’ll travel to job sites and work outdoors with specialized equipment. This entry‑level aviation maintenance position requires no A&P license.

Qualifications

4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred).
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to pass a DOT physical.
Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests.
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities.
Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment).
Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line).
Operate equipment safely and identify anomalies.
Collect waste and dispose of waste stream properly.
Collect on-site data and input data into forms.
Coordinate schedules for aircraft availability.
Communicate with customers and team leadership.
Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Maintain professional attitude, communication style, appearance and service delivery.
