Job summary

AeroCore Technologies LLC is seeking an Aviation Engine Wash Technician for night shifts at LAS. You will operate a mobile, compressor-based wash system to maintain jet engine performance alongside commercial and military maintenance teams.

This entry-level role requires physical work outdoors, travel up to 30%, and no A&P license. Expect to handle waste streams, sampling, and data recording with strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical.
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests.
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Proven excellence following and maintaining safety precautions while working around large commercial equipment.
• Demonstrated ability to consistently follow established processes, maintain reliability, and foster positive customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities.
• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment, etc.).
• Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line).
• Operate equipment safely and identify anomalies.
• Collect waste and dispose of the waste stream properly.
• Coordinate schedules for aircraft availability.
• Proactively communicate with customers and internally with teammates and leadership.
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Maintain a highly professional attitude, communication, appearance and service delivery.
