AeroCore Technologies is seeking an Aviation Engine Wash Technician for the SEA area. This night-shift, field-based role involves washing jet engines using our proprietary technology, collecting runoff, and recording data.

The position is entry-level for aviation maintenance with no A&P license required; travel up to 30% to job sites and outdoor work at commercial airports, including safety-focused operations and professional conduct.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of military or commercial mechanical experience (aviation experience preferred).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to pass a DOT physical and background/drug tests.

Responsibilities

• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities.
• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations.
• Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp.
• Collect on-site data and input into forms; ensure proper waste disposal.
• Coordinate schedules for aircraft availability and communicate with customers and team.

Role Summary:

As an Aviation Engine Wash Technician, you'll play a critical role in maintaining and restoring jet engine performance using our proprietary Nucleated Foam Technology. You'll work alongside commercial and military maintenance teams to complete engine wash operations during shifts, operating our mobile compressor-based system as scheduled. Day to day, that means running the wash itself, collecting and disposing of runoff, and handling sampling and data recording as needed.

This is a physically active, field-based role where no two days look the same. You'll work outdoors, travel to job sites, operate specialized equipment, and be trusted to execute with precision and professionalism. It's an entry-level aviation maintenance position—no certification or A&P license required.

Role Specifics:

Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Hours: 9pm to 4am

Location: Commercial Airport - SEA

Job Type: Full Time, Salary Position

Travel Required: 30% (as needed)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Business conducted at commercial airport
• Perform compressor and turbine washes and support activities
• Operate and maintain AeroCore equipment and vehicles for operations (inspecting & servicing equipment, etc.)
• Drive and tow large vehicles and trailers on and off the airport ramp (flight line)
• Operating equipment safely and identifying anomalies
• Collecting waste and properly disposing of the waste stream
• Collecting on-site data & inputting data into forms
• Coordinating schedules for aircraft availability
• Proactively and effectively communicating with customers and internally with other teammates and leadership
• Perform preventative and repair maintenance on mechanical equipment
• Maintaining an extremely professional attitude, communication style, appearance and overall service delivery

Role Requirements:

• 4+ years of military or commercial experience in mechanical industry (aviation experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a DOT physical
• Ability to pass and maintain a clear background and frequent/random drug tests
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Proven excellence following and maintaining safety precautions while working around large commercial equipment
• Demonstrated ability to consistently follow established processes, maintain reliability, and foster positive customer interactions
