Job summary

RTX is hiring for an onsite role at Edwards AFB, CA. The candidate will complete paperwork, support ACE/CI programs, and maintain equipment and licenses as required. A security clearance is required and must be obtainable within 12 months.

Strong communication and organizational skills, plus the ability to lift heavy objects, are essential. MS Office experience is preferred. The position offers competitive hourly pay, shift differential, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Three or more (3+) months of work experience in a warehouse or manufacturing facility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills required.
• Flexibility to occasionally work alternate shifts, work overtime, weekends, and/or occasional holidays when required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects as required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance within 12 months.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain required paperwork in accordance with established procedures, including work orders, tools, equipment, deviation reports, sign-offs, and logs.
• Participate in ACE/CI programs, training, and activities to achieve company goals.
• Perform routine maintenance of equipment.
• Obtain and maintain licenses, operator permits, or certifications as required.
• Prepare tools and equipment for shipping.
• Handle and process hazardous material and its related wastes safely, and in accordance with approved documented work instructions.
• Perform additional tasks in support of business objectives.
