Job summary

Beehive Industries is seeking a technician to perform mechanical and electrical assembly for gas turbine engines at our Centennial, Colorado facility. You will work with engineering, quality, supply chain, and EHS teams to deliver high-performing products while following standard work and safety procedures.

The role follows a four-day workweek with four 10-hour shifts (Mon-Thu) and requires 3+ years in regulated assembly, strong tool skills, and the ability to obtain a U.S. security clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mechanical and/or electrical assembly experience in a highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of assembly processes and standard Work Instructions.
• Lean manufacturing mindset with attention to quality and efficiency.
• Ability to read blueprints or schematics to guide assembly actions.

Responsibilities

• Assemble components into sub-assemblies or final products following standard work instructions.
• Operate hand and power tools and equipment per guidelines to build/test gas turbine engines.
• Read blueprints/schematics to ensure correct content and alignment.
• Follow EHS policies and participate in safety initiatives.
• Maintain equipment and contribute to the development or improvement of procedures.
