Jasper Engines & Transmissions is seeking an experienced Electric Motor Mechanic to join our on-site team in Jasper, Indiana. You will repair and troubleshoot motors, perform routine tests on armature and field circuits, and ensure quality before returning units to customers.

Jasper Electric Motor Mechanic

Job Overview: Jasper Electric Motors is looking for a Motor Mechanic to join our team. You will be responsible for repairing and troubleshooting various types of motors.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday (6:00am to 4:00pm)
• On call rotating schedule for after hours, holidays, and weekends

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience required
• Knowledge of shop equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Pay based on experience
• Self-driven and good communication skills
