Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited seeks a Jedox Techno-Functional Consultant – FP&A Production Support to provide functional and technical support across planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and workflows. You will monitor interfaces, resolve issues in Jedox, manage incidents via ServiceNow, and ensure data accuracy and SLA compliance while coordinating with Finance, IT, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A knowledge across budgeting, forecasting, reporting, workflows, approvals, and financial validations.
• Hands-on Jedox administration, Integrator, cubes, dimensions, rules, ETL, reports, dashboards, workflows, and security.
• Ability to diagnose issues, perform root-cause analysis, coordinate with Finance, IT, vendors, and support teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical production support for Jedox FP&A.
• Monitor interfaces, troubleshoot failures, validate data, reconcile mismatches, and ensure accurate reporting.
• Manage incidents and requests through ServiceNow, including triage, resolution, escalation, documentation, SLA tracking.
• Change Support: Implement approved configuration changes while identifying major enhancements requiring formal change control.
