Job summary

• Collaborate with leadership and teams to improve work relationships, morale, culture, productivity, and retention.
• Review and analyze people data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve performance and employee experience.
• Interpret and present data and analytics to provide meaningful insights to the business.
• Provide HR policy guidance and ensure execution of People Practice programs within the BU.
• Administer org-wide programs like performance reviews, rewards and recognition, etc.
• Contribute to design and execution of the HR Strategic Business Plan.
• Create annual engagement programs with reach to members’ families and alumni.
• Oversee HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
• Stay updated with best HR practices and drive thought leadership through innovative programs.

• Offer HR policy guidance and advise. Ensure seamless execution of all People Practice programs and processes within the BU.

• Take active part in the design of the HR Strategic Business Plan and manage the execution of the plan.
• Create annual engagement program with extended reach to member's families, Alumni etc.
• Effectively manage the HR Operations activities like MIS, reports, payroll inputs, etc.
• Being updated with the best HR practices across industry and create thought leadership in the HR space by implementing innovative programs
