Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks an experienced JD Edwards Supply Chain functional Support lead to drive production support for Manufacturing, Fulfillment, Order to Cash, and related areas. You will own incident management, coordinate with multiple teams, mentor analysts, and manage changes from requirements through deployment.

Role requires strong communication, SLA adherence, and experience across global multi-site support. On-site role with competitive benefits and career growth within Accenture Flex.

Qualifications

• 7+ years' hands-on functional JD Edwards Supply Chain experience.
• Experience in production support or application maintenance.
• Understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes and JDE configurations.
• Experience resolving P1/P2 incidents with business impact.
• Excellent communication with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as functional lead for JDE Supply Chain areas in production support.
• Own incident and problem management, root cause analysis and resolution.
• Coordinate with users, technical teams, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Lead and mentor a team of functional analysts and share best practices.
• Manage change requests through requirements, UAT and deployment.
• Proactively address recurring issues to improve reliability.
• Maintain design docs, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
• Participate in on-call rotations during month-end/year-end peaks.
• Collaborate with offshore/nearshore and client vendors to keep JDE running.
