Job summary

NTT DATA Services is seeking an experienced Oracle JD Edwards Manufacturing & Planning Functional Consultant to support enterprise implementations and optimization across manufacturing operations, planning, procurement, and quality management.

The ideal candidate will lead requirements, design configurations, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable JD Edwards solutions that improve manufacturing efficiency and performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Functional Consulting experience.
• 7+ years of proven experience delivering multiple full lifecycle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne implementations.
• 5+ years of strong functional expertise in Manufacturing Operations and Supply Chain Management.
• 5+ years of experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable JD Edwards solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading functional workshops and business process discussions.
• Experience supporting testing, deployment, and post-production stabilization.
• Strong client-facing consulting experience with excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business requirement gathering sessions with manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and quality stakeholders.
• Analyze business processes and translate requirements into JD Edwards EnterpriseOne functional solutions.
• Configure and implement JD Edwards Manufacturing, Planning, Procurement, Inventory, and Quality Management modules.
• Conduct solution design workshops and recommend JD Edwards best practices.
• Support all phases of implementation including: Requirements Gathering, Solution Design, Functional Configuration, SIT, UAT, Deployment, Hypercare and Post-Go-Live Support.
• Develop functional design documents and specifications for reports, customizations, interfaces, and integrations.
• Collaborate with technical consultants and development teams during solution delivery.
• Support business process improvements, issue resolution, and system optimization initiatives.
• Conduct end-user training sessions and facilitate knowledge transfer to business and support teams.
• Work directly with client stakeholders in a consulting environment while managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
