Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Sr. IT Business Analyst – Finance to partner with business leaders, define challenges, and recommend technology solutions. The role acts as a liaison among stakeholders and service providers to drive change and deliver ERP-related improvements.

JDE support and process improvements lead responsibilities are emphasized. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 5+ years of application support in IT, and JDE expertise, including JDE Orchestrator experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree required.
5+ years supporting business applications within IT organization.
In-depth subject matter expertise in JDE processes.
JDE Orchestrator experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Gathers business requirements; produces system designs and technical specifications; configures software; designs data conversions, integrations, reports, and enhancements; tests technology solutions; trains stakeholders; maintains and supports business software.
Hands-on configuration of Field Service Management system in a SaaS environment.
Maintains understanding of application configuration, data structures, and data flows to support business needs.
Experience integrating core ERP functions with peripheral technologies; manage seamless integrations and data flows; troubleshoot integration issues.
Provide guidance to project teams with WBS structures, budgets, resource forecasts, and standardized reporting.
Acts as project manager on IT initiatives within the Portfolio; documents processes and SOPs.
Communicates with users to address incidents, fulfill requests, administer changes and resolve problems per policies.
Provides timely production support by meeting SLA's.
Escalate issues to management when appropriate.
Mentor and educate other team members.
Assist IT management and end-users to determine feasibility of potential systems projects.
