Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science or related field.
• Three years of JDE applications experience.
• Experience with ERP systems and data analysis is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline support for JDE requests and issues via helpdesk system.
• Configure and maintain JDE settings, security roles, menus and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot issues related to JDE modules, interfaces and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with change management, security and audit requirements.
• Assist with data analysis, data corrections and mass updates to datasets.
• Support deployment of 3rd party applications related to the ERP system.
• Develop and modify functionality, reports, forms and interfaces for Finance/Accounting, Inventory, Operations and Customer Service.
• Identify business process improvements and document procedures and training materials.
