Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Computer Science or a related field.
• Three (3) years of JDE applications experience.
• Strong programming fundamentals and analytical background.
• Excellent time and project management skills.
• Logical problem solving with a structured approach.
• Ability to drive projects forward and balance priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line support for JDE requests via the helpdesk system and escalate as needed.
• Configure and maintain JDE settings, security roles, menus, and user permissions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to JDE modules, interfaces and business processes.
• Ensure compliance with change management, security, and audit requirements.
• Assist with data analysis, corrections and mass updates to datasets.
• Support configuration, testing and deployment of 3rd party applications related to the ERP system.
