Job summary

Net2Source (N2S) seeks an experienced JDA Administrator with a strong AS400 (IBM i) and RPG programming background to support, maintain, and enhance JDA applications and related enterprise systems in the hospitality sector.

You will administer, monitor, and optimize JDA applications, manage access, upgrades, and performance, and coordinate issue resolution with cross-functional teams. This role emphasizes system integration, batch processing, and DB2 maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience administering JDA and AS400 environments.
• Strong RPG programming background and batch processing knowledge.
• Proficient in system integration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

• Administer, monitor, and support JDA applications and environments.
• Manage user access, security roles, configurations, and performance.
• Perform application upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolutions with teams.
• Monitor batch jobs, interfaces, and system integrations.
• Maintain and support IBM AS400 (IBM i) environments.
• Monitor system performance, job queues, and message queues.
• Handle system-level troubleshooting and performance tuning.
• Support DB2-related database management activities.
