Job summary

DAEWOO E&C VINA seeks an Electrical Senior Specialist to coordinate MEP design with consultants, prepare tender specifications, and drive detailed designs for small-scale projects. Strong knowledge of electrical/ELV systems and local codes is essential.

The role requires a technical electrical engineering degree, ELV/Fire system certificates, and at least five years of design and site experience. Proficiency in BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and English-language documentation is required.

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree from a technical university.
• Design certificates for electrical/ELV systems (Grade I or II).
• Minimum 5 years of MEP design/construction experience.
• CV in English with certificates.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with design consultants to review MEP drawings per client standards.
• Prepare technical specifications for MEP tender documents.
• Develop design ideas and detailed designs for small-scale projects.
• Take-off quantities for MEP systems (Electrical, ELV, Fire, MCC).
• Supervise MEP work on site per company decisions.
• Knowledge of local codes (QCVN, TCVN) and power/ELV/BMS/Fire alarm systems.

Electrical Senior Specialist

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate with the design consultants to review MEP design drawings is comply with client's
• requirements and standards.
• Prepare technical specifications of equipment and materials for MEP tender documents.
• Come up with design ideas and detailed designs for small-scale projects
• Take off the quantity of MEP system (Electrical, ELV system, Fire service and motor control system is main task) according to design states.
• Control MEP work at site (according to the company's decision)
• Have knowledge about local code (QCVN, TCVN) and in-depth understand about power system, extra-low voltage system, BMS, Fire alarm system.

Requirements

• Graduate from technical university (Electrical engineering)
• Have design certificate for electrical/ELV system (grade I or grade II)
• Have design certificate for Fire fighting system is an advantage
• At least 05 years working experience in domain design, construction MEP systems.
• Use well necessary software: BIM, Revit MEP, AutoCad, power point. word, excel.
• Speak English fluently and use well English in MEP work (report, drawing, documentation...)
• Submit CV by English and attach college degree and related certificates.
