The role emphasizes strong MEP and Revit experience, from design through construction. Qualifications

• 3+ years of electrical design, electrical engineering, or building systems experience.
• Strong proficiency with Revit is required.
• Experience using AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of commercial building electrical systems.
• Familiarity with NEC and NFPA standards.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field preferred.
• FE/EIT certification, progress toward PE licensure, RCDD, LEED, or related credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop electrical and technology system designs for commercial and institutional buildings.

• Design electrical power distribution, lighting, lighting controls, grounding, and low-voltage systems.

• Participate in field investigations and periodic construction site visits.
• Review equipment submittals and assist with construction-phase activities.

An established and growing engineering consulting firm is seeking an Electrical Design Engineer / Electrical Engineer to join its team and contribute to the design of a variety of commercial and institutional building projects.
