Motion Recruitment Partners LLC is seeking a Legal Invoice Review Quality Assurance Analyst for a hybrid role across multiple U.S. sites, including Kennesaw, GA; Minneapolis, MN; Coppell, TX; and Wichita, KS.

You will review complex legal invoices and ensure billing accuracy in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment. The ideal candidate has a JD, legal billing experience, and strong communication skills to interact with law firms and internal teams.

Qualificações

• JD degree required and legal billing experience.
• Experience reviewing legal invoices and billing guidelines.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and concepts.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to independently analyze complex information and make sound decisions.

Responsabilidades

• Review complex legal invoices for accuracy and compliance.
• Evaluate disputed billing decisions and assist with appeals.
• Interact with law firms and internal teams to communicate findings.
• Support process improvements and documentation of recommendations.
